Amandier is an atelier offering handcrafted macarons emphasizing artistry in both design and flavour. Each and every piece is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Ingredients matter and so we source almond flour from a family owned farm in California, pistachios from Sicily, hazelnuts from Turkey, and exotic ingredients like vanilla from Tahiti and Madagascar.

We prepare each and every macaron with love and care, using only the best ingredients available. The macaron is then decorated with the client's event and style in mind, which results in a one of a kind macaron.
When it comes to macaron fillings, the possibilities are endless! Some of the most popular flavours include: Madagascarn vanilla, milk chocolate with a hazelnut crunch and tangy Meyer lemon.
