The Classics

  • Chocolate - choose from: milk 38%, dark 58% and very dark 72%, white chocolate. We can add some chocolate pearls inside for crunch.

  • Framboise - raspberry ganache with homemade raspberry jam.

  • Strawberry - strawberry ganache with homemade strawberry jam.

  • Lemon - tangy lemon curd *Kaya's favourite

  • Matcha Green Tea - ganache made with 100% Japanese green tea.

  • Salted caramel - salted caramel buttercream made with French butter.
